I had a mishap where someone accidentally plugged one of my fans into the wrong header, causing it to constantly spin at maximum speed. Since I didn't have any available fan headers on my motherboard, this was the only solution I could come up with. Thankfully, installing a new fan was simple and now my computer is running quietly and efficiently. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.
There is a missing fan on one of them, but it will spin at the same rate as the first fan connected to the splitter. Your PC can only detect one reading per motherboard fan slot. I needed to install two top case fans in CHA_FAN1 on the ASUS X570-F Strix to control their speeds because CHA_FAN2 is difficult to reach. This solution immediately solved the problem without any additional adjustments. If it continues working like this, I'll leave a 5-star review. However, if anything changes, I will edit my review accordingly. Overall, it works excellently with just a few minor issues regarding wire quality and stiffness, but it should still hold up well.
