Comments & Ratings about this product
I'm thrilled that the serial is now available on DVD. While there were some issues with reconstructing certain episodes, I've chosen to accept it and move forward. The serial itself is quite eccentric but highly entertaining. Joseph Furst delivers an incredible performance as the villainous Zaroff, and Catherine Howe's appearance as servant Ara adds to the excitement. The music and direction may be dated, but they have a charming quality. Although some viewers may be put off by the fish people, I personally find them intriguing and unique. Overall, it's a refreshing change from the Daleks. I would rate it 8/10.
