This is exactly the book you need if you have doubts. If you feel helpless, simply remove it and open it anywhere. It makes me feel better and more ready for action all the time.

I really enjoyed "Feel Fear and do it anyway". It is a book with our feet on the ground, which explains how our fears work with an easy to understand language and a good dose of humor. Affirmations, exercises and tips are easy to follow. Last but not least, it is very, very motivating.

The book arrived in perfect condition. So far I only got to Chapter 3, there is nothing new that has been presented to me, but by doing the exercises and making you think about the things that you do / think, I can see that this is an extremely useful book. I discovered that there are workshops on "Fear of fear and do it anyway", this can be a useful addition.

Undoubtedly one of the best books I've read! It has changed my life, it has changed the way I see myself and it has helped me overcome fear and enjoy life to the fullest! Highly recommended!

This is the true classic of self-motivation. They are no better than this book to help us overcome unnecessary fears, leave behind the feeling of incompetence and have the courage to fulfill our desires. Written in a friendly and accessible style, Susan Jeffers does not give blows on her breath. This is a necessity for people without confidence and with many fears to achieve what they want.

I have read the book several times. I thought it would be great to buy an audio copy. I was very disappointed to find that half of the tools that Susan suggested in her book were not included in the audio version. However, the book itself is a great tool, which I have used for many years.

I bought this for a colleague, since I had been previously recommended, I read it and gave my copy to another friend. For anyone a little dithery or having a crisis of confidence this really shakes you up and makes you think again. when I read it I made some pretty big changes for me. I changed my work and it was the best for me. encourages him to take risks. Obviously, it is not right to take reckless risks, but sometimes you can get caught up in being too afraid to do something and end up in a real routine. This book would help anyone in that situation to realize and get more out of life. It is a perspective instead of being silly, but it seemed motivating to me as did the people to whom I passed it on.

This book has a lot of practicality in it. I can see that it will be a volume that will be read and reread many times. We can all be our worst enemy, but this book made me realize that it does not have to be this way. I also realized that when I took a step back and let the universe respond, it did. We just need to trust ourselves. Five stars: I highly recommend this book, which is an easy read.

I am still working on this book and I have awarded the 5 star rating based on what I have covered so far. It is not a book you can read and hope it stays; it is a workbook; You have to go over things again and again to get more and more benefits. Depending on your circumstances, you need to follow the guide, take it slowly and apply it. At first, some of this may offend you, who is she to say that my unhappiness is my fault when clearly it is not? - But while you stay with the book you will see that it is right. There is no gain without (just a little) pain in the form of resentment or pride. And another thing: while blaming others is a form of pain, anxiety, paralysis, depression, so you should not turn around and blame yourself. This book is not about guilt, it is about moving from pain to power, it is not a kind of tyrannical power over people, but it is power in your own life to take full responsibility for it. An incredible book! Good price and I would recommend it to anyone. I brought it because of my anxiety and I felt much better just after the first two pages! Many activities to do and one to which you can turn whenever necessary.

I'm glad I bought this book. Susan Jeffers imparts calm common sense as a good wise friend on her shoulder. Yes, sometimes it says the obvious (is not it true that we all often know the solution to our problems, but we are too afraid to move on and really take the steps to help ourselves?) This book is literally a best friend guiding quietly you Not all of us have strong / calm / helpful people to turn to when we get stuck in our lives. I have had many similar books, but this is by far the best. Do not waste your money on anything else. I loved this and just clicked. Buy it and move on with your life! Good luck!

I borrowed this book from the library and I loved it, so I bought a copy to read it again and consult it. I was impressed with his style. She writes very well and the book is very easy to read. I think this book will help anyone to improve if they put the exercises into practice. I was impressed by her ideas that I bought her follow-up book, "Feel the fear and beyond," and I think the same.

This book changed my life and now I live my life with that. In the last 6 months I have read many self-help books to overcome fear, depression and anxiety. This book has been, by far, the one that has had the most impact in my life for the better. I feel more secure, I am overcoming the fear of speaking in front of groups of people, I am doing things that I never dreamed of and the best thing of all is that I have not suffered any depression or anxiety since I read and following this book. I will always refer to him throughout my life when necessary.

Totally changed my life !! After suffering an illness and having to leave behind my career that had accumulated for many years, I felt very lost. Until I had this book in my hands. Not being a mass reader, he stayed a while, until I decided to read the first chapter. After the first page I was hooked. Read the entire book from beginning to end in a couple of days, which is very rare for me. This book has shown me that although one door has been closed, another has opened, and certainly has. While I was sick I wrote my first book, and after feeling scared and doing it anyway, I published it. I am still overcoming my illness, but I have seen that things happen for some reason, and that even when the road is bumpy, the change is always good.

Simply, one of the best "self-help" books you can buy, and I'm trying not to overdo it. If you have ever felt dependent on another person for your happiness - a hole in your life due to your loss, death or withdrawal - you have wondered why you feel in a negative way, you do not understand how some people are more ". "Everything" in your life than you are in yours, how people have more confidence than others, how people become more than others, how people are intrinsically happier than others despite their condition, and I think that I am attracting a lot of people ... you need to read this book, this explores and teaches in a very practical way, the truths of life and motivation, how to use yourself for your own benefit and how changing your way of thinking can change All your world and do it exactly as you wish.This must be read by all.

I have read this book five times. Four the last time I had it and I just finished it again. It is a breath of fresh air for those who suffer from anxiety (which is everyone, to some extent). One has to continue reading it: it is "maintenance", not "detoxification of anxiety". One has to learn three basic things: 1) You worry ten times more than necessary.2) You are probably worrying about something that will never happen.3) Even if your worst fears are understood, you can handle it, and probably done before. This book prepares you for FREE. It makes you realize that there is no "conspiracy against you in particular." It makes you realize that behind the socially indoctrinated person of "rigid upper lip" that we all use, we ALL feel fear, too much and, above all, unnecessarily. I have been on my own spiritual journey for about seven years, I have read many self-help books, but I have found that most are hairy fairies, impractical and some completely useless. This is undoubtedly the best self-help book I have ever read. There are many practices and teachings in this book that I have already learned (and some have forgotten) that have been practical and very useful for me, it is as if I had taken the best parts of each spiritual self-help book that I have read and put everything under one single cover. I recommend this book to anyone on a spiritual journey or simply seeking and personal development.
