I'm disappointed with Phanteks for not including additional O-rings in their premium hard tubing compression. I ordered one to test its quality and was initially satisfied, considering ordering more in the future. However, it's frustrating that no extra O-rings are provided, especially when they are solidly built. This has made me reconsider my decision and I will stick to brands like Bitspower, EK, or Alphacool instead.
I purchased these fittings with the expectation of being able to use 16mm tubes from EKWB. However, I discovered that the fittings are too tight for them. The actual diameter of the EKWB tubes is 16.1mm, and despite my efforts, I was unable to insert them properly. On the other hand, Barrowch, Monsoon, and EKWB's own tubes work well with these fittings. Additionally, the manufacturer's pictures inaccurately depict the fitting as being made of two separate parts - this is not true. I have been unable to find a way to separate them into two pieces.
I have tried numerous fitting brands and customer water cooling companies, including EK, Bitspower, Thermaltake, Bykski, PrimoChill, and more. I must say that Phanteks has truly impressed me with their product. I have encountered no problems whatsoever. It's a great product and I hope to see an expansion in your SKUs with some exciting additions.
