I recently purchased a stylish black & white chair, white desk, and sleek white dual monitor support for my home office (which doubles as my grandchildren's bedroom). However, I encountered an issue with the monitor arms not allowing enough space between my 22 and 23" monitors. Thankfully, I discovered this extension and decided to give it a try. It arrived promptly the next day, and after adjusting the screws that control rotation of the monitor (since it is now offset from the main mounting point), it turned out to be the perfect solution. As you can see in the photo, one end of the plate is attached to the mounting bracket using 100mm VESA screws, while the other end holds the monitor via 75mm holes. This setup provides about a 14cm distance between monitors, allowing me to rotate them both directly towards me without any obstruction.
