Comments & Ratings about this product
This is my first time reading a Sherlock Holmes book, although I have watched the films and television adaptations and always enjoyed them. I particularly liked 'The Hound of the Baskervilles' because Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's writing style was excellent. Sherlock Holmes is a charismatic and likeable character, but personally, I found Dr Watson even more appealing. Overall, 'The Hound of the Baskervilles' is a captivating story that concludes satisfactorily.
I initially watched this on TV and didn't consider reading the book, but it was selected for my Book club. I was pleasantly surprised by how it differed from the TV version in a positive way. It offers excellent value.
