This was my first Rolling Stones concert. I was 19 years old and traveled from North Wales to Leeds with a coworker the day before. It was the moment when I realized how immensely popular the Stones were. On the day of the concert, as we drove to the venue, I vividly remember hearing cars playing Stones songs and feeling everyone's excitement. Inside the park, there were crowds of Hells Angels and bikers gathered near the front, and we stood just behind them. Mick Jagger in his leggings, Keith Richards, and Ronnie Wood looked incredibly cool. The instant they started playing, I was blown away by how amazing they sounded, especially Charlie Watts on drums. The atmosphere was electric and the weather was pleasant.

The J Geils Band did a great job as the opening act.

After the concert ended, we discovered that our car had been stolen. We had no choice but to take a train back home but unfortunately missed our connection in Manchester. We ended up sleeping for a bit on the platform at Piccadilly station.

However, what will always stay with me is seeing Mick Jagger's picture on the front page of the first edition of Daily Mirror with a headline proclaiming "Still Got It at 40!!!" He truly is an icon who continues to impress even after all these years.

I'm a big fan of the Rolling Stones' 'From The Vault' series, especially their archive live releases. Many other reviewers have also praised the band's energy and the outstanding performance on this particular date. My only minor complaint is that the track listing is quite similar to their Hampton Coliseum set, but it's understandable since it's from the same tour. I can't comment on the music DVD aspect as I don't prefer them, but I purchased the vinyl version and it sounds amazing. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend it to diehard fans or anyone who enjoys their music.
