The delivery to Sweden was incredibly fast, arriving 4 days earlier than expected. My first impression of the 599 wheel was love at first sight, and it is a high-quality wheel that has replaced my T300rs. I have no complaints about it so far. The TH8A shifter is also excellent, and I have been using it as an analogue handbrake on my PC until my Fanatec CSL elite load cell pedals arrive. I will provide a follow-up review after putting both items through heavy use. Here are some photos (I will soon have the Rseat RS1 rig).
I recently upgraded my T300RS wheel because the original plastic feel wasn't satisfying. I initially tried wrapping it in cycle bar tape for a better grip, but that didn't work out well due to the edges of the tape. So, I decided to invest in this new wheel and it has been worth it. The size is perfect, the feel is great, and the quality is top-notch. Playing racing games like PC2 and AC now feels much more immersive with improved force feedback. Although I'm not a Ferrari fan, I liked the shape of their wheel, so I added a new manufacturer badge for a personal touch. If you're considering upgrading your T300 system, don't hesitate - you won't regret it.
