The product did not include a UK compatible power cord. It is important to note that the power cords provided are designed for American sockets and may not work in UK sockets. However, aside from this issue, the product performed well and successfully sent faxes without any problems.
I received and installed this product today. When I tried to configure it, I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Then I realized that Windows 7 (64 bit) had already done the configuration while I was putting the case screws back in place! Once I got everything set up, I was able to use my Dial-Up connection in a remote area and even send a Fax to a friend. It's definitely slower than my usual 40Mb connection, but it gets the job done. Overall, this product exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it. Lesson learned - I need to clean out my PC more often!
