The DeepCool AK620 ZERO DARK is a high-performance CPU air cooler built around a dual-tower heatsink and two 120 mm fans. Its all-black finish gives the cooler a coordinated, understated appearance, while six copper heatpipes and a dense array of aluminum fins are designed to transfer heat away from the processor and disperse it through airflow.
The AK620 ZERO DARK uses two separate heatsink towers to provide a large surface area for heat dissipation. Six 6 mm heatpipes carry heat from the processor’s contact area into the aluminum fin stacks, where the two included fans move air through the cooler. This combination is rated for a 260 W thermal design power, making the unit suitable for systems that need substantial air-cooling capacity.
The symmetrical dual-tower layout places a 120 mm fan between the heatsinks and a second fan on the outer side. Together, the fans direct airflow through both fin stacks to help remove heat from the CPU cooler. The cooler is supplied with thermal compound for installation.
Both fans have a 120 mm diameter and use a fluid dynamic bearing (FDB). Their rotational speed ranges from 500 RPM to 1,850 RPM, allowing airflow to adjust to cooling demands. The fans connect through a four-pin connector and use a 12 V rated supply.
At maximum speed, the fans provide up to 68.99 CFM of airflow and up to 2.19 mmH₂O of air pressure. These airflow characteristics are intended to push air through the cooler’s closely spaced fins. The listed maximum noise level is 28 dB, and the fan power consumption is 1.44 W per fan.
The cooler’s ZERO DARK black finish extends across its cooling assembly for a consistent look inside a PC build. Its dark styling pairs with the large dual-tower profile, making the cooler a visual feature as well as a functional component. The product is supplied as one CPU cooler with two 120 mm fans.
The AK620 ZERO DARK supports a range of Intel and AMD desktop processor sockets. Compatible Intel sockets include LGA 1150, LGA 1151, LGA 1155, LGA 1200, LGA 1700, LGA 2011, LGA 2011-v3, and LGA 2066. Supported AMD sockets include AM4 and AM5.
