Amazon Echo Spot, Smart Alarm Clock with Alexa - Black

I am impressed by the quality of construction and general capabilities. The sound qualities are good, (excellent when improved by good headphones or speakers). Alexa's voice is listenable, but boring after a while. Better to have some variety, perhaps using more than one voice (in turns?) If this were possible. Listening to Alexa reading from Kindle is quite exhausting: too fast and robotic, breathing breaks are required (simulated). The existing range of skills only touches the future potential, but for a better access to music and video is very encouraging. For me, does the main defect seem to be the delayed one? arrival of voice identification in the UK version: for now, this negates the safe general use of the device.

I love this little gadget: it looks solid and very well made. It never looks out of place and it feels good next to my bed. The screen is very clear, as is the sound quality. More or less the best you can buy with the wristwatch: D

This piece of technology is brilliant, I already have an Echo Plus, so they complement each other. If I need some music, I call Echo + with the word "Alexa" to play music or ask for a specific artist. The sound quality is quite remarkable, just a very fine whistle in the upper MHz range, but it is very good. For the 'Spot' I changed the activation word for 'Echo' and then I asked a question and the answer is usually very good. The only minor problem I have is that I would like to turn off constant notifications. I do not care about the weather, but I want the 'Clock' to remain on the screen unless I ask for something else.

Now I have 6 echo devices, of which 2 are echo points. Large alarm clocks, since I can configure whatever the alarm is. I can ask about the weather, turn the lights on and off and control the heating without having to get up. What is not like?

We got this and the program for at home. A wonderful little kit (kids are still calling in video from different rooms) The only drawback of using Spotify is that you need more than 1 account (premium) assigned otherwise if you are listening to the Spot and move to another room and have the Show, if you change the song, etc., it stops at the Spot (that is, you can hear the same music but it is not different). You must add skills as you need them for additional functionality.

I never experienced a more positive response from an 11-year-old girl than when I bought this product from my granddaughter. Saying that you love is the underestimation of the year. It is more than useful, it is a companion and it really interacts during the day until bedtime. 40 million songs during the day in volume 1 to 10 per voice request and a reassuring response to "night, night" at bedtime.
