Introducing Echo Show - Black

It was updated from an echo point, since it was for sale and happy with my purchase. It feels solidly done and something that will last. Excellent to have the visual side of it to see how much time the timers go by, watch the news, progress, and even the lyrics of the songs. The sound is excellent, loud, serious and good enough to be used as the main music player. I find that I am using it more now that I can see the answers instead of just barking at a hockey puck. It also works well with the Fire TV stick. No more having to write searches. I do not have any of the problems with alexa by not listening to me as some have reported. She has answered every time, even if it was with the wrong answer :)

Much more useful than audio-only devices. I can see the result of my interaction on the screen - good for watching short videos and news. I do not understand the problems that some critics claim about the sensitivity of the Echo Show to their voice, without problems here, it even responds well to my keyword of "Computer", that my Echos and Echo Points seemed to be reluctant to understand. I was lucky to buy this at the discounted price, which makes it even more of a bargain. I have several echoes and echo points in the house, and I would not be without them.

Two months later and I still have no idea what I'm supposed to do with that. He just sits there and I stand there, we look at each other, and neither of us knows what's going on. Except for the weather. That's it, the weather. "Alexa, can you tell me what the weather is like for tomorrow" ... "Rainy, with sunny intervals and a gentle breeze". There we go then. The daily routine confirmed. The Turing test is still not cracked. Until, maybe, I bought a special bell and a light bulb. Or perhaps Alexa Blow up Doll has not yet been announced. Until then, rhetorical questions have become much more Orwellian. There is nothing like the feeling of being observed while receiving answers to questions that the answer already knows. Oh Alexa, tell me how many planets there are in the solar system ...

I already have an echo and an echo more. I wanted one for the bedroom and opted for the echo show, I was not disappointed with the choice. I have configured it with a time not to bother, so if Alexa becomes randomly conversational, as sometimes it does, it does not affect us. I also put one of my favorite photos as wallpaper. I like the way the lyrics of the songs appear. It appears on the screen, also as if I woke up during the night, I can clearly see what time it is. I have created a group everywhere so that I can play the same music in the 3 echoes. I could get very bored and leave. again and again, basically there's nothing I do not like about it.

I was not really sure after reading the reviews that said the Echo Show did not understand what people said as well as the Echo and Dot standard. But I decided to take a risk and I'm glad I did it since we have not had any problems with it and I find it comparable to our previous Echo. I love being able to configure a photo to appear on the home screen, I thought I would set it to rotate the photos of my albums, but it seemed complicated and slow, so I found a beautiful photo to use and I love it. . I like it because it acts like a clock and also has the temperature, I love being able to see the weather forecast in images and words, and it is useful that the screen is a touch screen. In general, I think it's really impressive and if you're new to Alexa, this would be a good start.
