LEGO Worlds enables you to populate your Worlds with many weird and wonderful characters, creatures, models, and driveable vehicles, and then play out your own unique adventures. First things first, let's address the drawbacks of this game. It does have a few bugs and can be slightly laggy in split screen mode. Additionally, there may be some delay in loading the world chunks, although it is only for a few seconds rather than minutes. These issues can sometimes interrupt the gameplay.
However, when evaluating this game, I focus on the enjoyment and gaming experience it provides for my 8-year-old child - and it is truly fantastic. I personally engage in the more mundane collecting tasks so that she can progress to larger worlds and have fun with dropping buildings everywhere and role-playing with the vast array of characters and animals available. Watching her play brings me joy (especially when she tried to teach a polar bear how to swim), and we have even managed to unlock some rare achievements along the way.
Although this game initially suffers from release bugs, I am confident that future patches and updates will make it even better. Considering its price, it was an excellent purchase overall.
My son played with this game once, but hasn't shown interest in it since. Although it was reasonably priced, it didn't compare to other games. I hope he decides to give it another try soon.
