Matilda

Matilda is a book that tells the story of a very smart and mischievous little girl. She has special powers that allow her to move objects, and she uses them to get back at everyone who makes her suffer. Matilda is rejected by her parents and mistreated at school, but she doesn't let it get her down. She starts playing tricks on everyone to show that she's not afraid to defend herself. This book is very funny and touching, it shows how you can find the strength to fight against injustice. Matilda is an example for all children who have been bullied at school or at home. I loved this book by Roald Dahl and I always reread it with pleasure. It's a light and enjoyable read that kids love. Matilda is 30 years old now, and so am I! What a pleasure to read this book again and share it with my children. It's a gem among the other creations of Roald Dahl, which shows how you can find the strength to fight for justice and equality.
