I didn't know much about Julian Assange or Wiki Leaks until I watched this film, but as a fan of Benedict Cumberbatch, I found it very interesting. It was a bit unsettling to see how he could jeopardize people's lives for news. On a different note, seeing Ben with blonde/white hair and an Australian accent was unusual but not necessarily negative. I'm impressed by his ability to adapt to any accent given to him. Overall, it was a very good film.
The film has a lot of jumping around and some geeky elements that may be hard to follow. However, if you're willing to overlook those parts, you can still get an idea of what Wikileaks was about and their goals. That being said, the film doesn't really captivate your attention and I found myself listening to it in the background while multitasking. It's not something I would watch again.
