| Brand | MOTOWN Motown was founded in Detroit, Michigan, by Berry Gordy Jr. in 1959. The company was originally named Tamla Records, after the Motown sound, a type of soul music. The company's first hit was Barrett Strong's 1959 song "Money (That's What I Want)". In the early 1960s, Motown signed Smokey Robinson and the Miracles, Marvin Gaye, and the Temptations. The company's roster later expanded to include Stevie Wonder, the Jackson 5, Diana Ross and the Supremes, the Four Tops, and the Commodores. Motown was sold to MCA in 1988, and Gordy retired from the company in 1993. |

I recently purchased a fantastic CD featuring some of the J5's classic hits. I was particularly thrilled to find 'Who's Loving You' on this album, as it is one of my all-time favorites. Not only does this CD bring back nostalgic memories, but it also includes other amazing tracks that I had almost forgotten about. Overall, it's a great listening experience for any fan of the Jackson 5.
