I absolutely love this DVD! I have purchased multiple copies and enjoy doing different 30-minute workouts each day to keep things interesting. I highly recommend it. Initially, I bought the DVD because of back pain and a bulging disc diagnosis from an MRI. Pilates was recommended, but with limited time, I decided to buy this DVD instead. So far, it has been incredibly effective in reducing my back pain by 99%.
I decided to try this workout because I enjoy both yoga and pilates. However, I was disappointed to find that it didn't really incorporate elements from either practice. Instead, it mainly consisted of basic stretches and core exercises. While I appreciate the effort, this series wasn't what I was looking for. If you're seeking a true yoga or pilates experience, I would recommend skipping this one.
