Intriguing information about the way the body reacts to exercise and some very useful information for the general physical state. It's the kind of book you can keep on the shelf and reread again and again. The writing style is friendly and inclusive, but the information is firmly based on the cited medical studies. A section contains short, well thought out and achievable exercise plans. with photographic illustrations. There is also a useful section on the back with instructions to help you calculate your maximum heart rate for exercise, your aerobic condition, glucose tolerance and muscle condition. In summary, this is an interesting and useful book to which I will return often, and which has provoked many interesting conversations with others.

As fascinating as his book on Fast Dieting ... this gives compelling reasons to try this form of exercise. As someone who hates the gym but wants to be in shape and be thinner, I will definitely try this since the Fast Diet already worked.

Now I read Michael Mosley's Fast Diet, Blood Sugar Diet and Fast Excersise and I'm hooked! I can not recommend these lifestyle changes enough. The books are very easy to read, even the bits 'sciency', and following the advice, until now I have lost 2.5 stones and I am much more in shape!

I like this book. I had a plan in which I worked 5 minutes a day and lost weight and put on my clothes again! Fabulous book

A great book for anyone, but as a diabetic, it is particularly useful to help control blood sugar levels. As someone who is allergic to exercise, the fact that these are short but effective exercises is brilliant!

Excellent easy reading covering a lot of science in an easy style. You may be doing too much for too small a performance. Working more intelligently, not harder is the main theme of this book, although the workouts are difficult, at least they are fast!

Read this book if you want to stay healthy, but do not have time, energy or a taste for sports. doing a minimum of sports, you can get great benefits. Potentially change the life!

Very interesting and imperative book. The only book that has inspired me to change my life. Now as a best and I exercise regularly, using an exercise bike and high intensity training. I've seen a big difference in my fitness level, and all in just a few minutes a day! I'm also making yogurt and fermented foods. Life is better Thanks, Micheal Mosley.

This book is really encouraging for most of us who hate the idea of spending hours in a gym. I have started the fast exercise regime and I am already feeling the benefits. Everyone who needs to lose weight or have mobility should read this book, as it really explains how feasible it is. I have given the book five stars, like Michael and Peta again. in terms that the layman can understand.

This has really changed my life. Science is perfect and easy to understand. I have been combining this with the diet book low in blood sugar for about 10 months and I have lost 12 kg. The exercises are so simple, everything can be done at home too. My training lasts approximately 12 minutes while I do strength and cardio exercises (the great application on iPhone makes it easy).
