Lind & Lime Gin is a unique gin produced by The Port of Leith Distillery Co., based on the legacy, talent and historical background of Edinburgh from the 18th century. More precisely, Lind & Lime Gin is dedicated to Dr. James Lind, who discovered in 1747 that citrus fruits prevent scurvy. In this gin, you will find lemon as well as the prescribed juniper and red peppercorns.

The gin is a harmonious and balanced juniper spirit produced batch by batch. A total of seven botanicals are contained in Lind & Lime Gin. Among them are the classic ingredients juniper, pink pepper berries and lime peels. The right balance of ingredients was very important to Port of Leith Distillery. It should be dry and intense, the perfect gin according to tradition, and finally bring purists and tradition-conscious people back to the original taste.

Lind & Lime Gin can certainly be enjoyed pure, but it also unfolds its spicy-fruity aromas when mixed with tonic. When choosing a tonic, as always, it's a matter of taste! With an Indian Tonic, like Fevertree Tonic, the juniper and citrus notes come to the foreground. A dry Tonic emphasizes the pink pepper, lemon and lime more. However, a fruity Tonic also goes well with the summery fresh taste of Lind & Lime Dry Gin, such as the Fevertree Elderflower Tonic.
