Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin is a unique gin characterized by its unique blend of eleven botanicals. The combination of dandelion, Coul Blush apples, rowan berries and heather gives this gin a special aromatic variety with herbaceous and fruity notes.

Unlike traditional gins, the botanicals are not soaked but instead infused by steam in a copper pot. The production takes place in a so-called "Copper Berry Chamber", where 1,000 liters of charges are prepared.
